The customer account credit tool allows you to add a positive credit balance to your customers’ accounts. This can be used to add credit to particular customers and can be used in place of gift cards and store credit.

When you start the AirPOS ePOS, you will not be able to access any parts of the system until you login. To login, simply select a user and key in the pin you have created for that user in your backoffice.
The first thing to do is to open the AirPOS application. Whatever device you are using, a Windows desktop or tablet, an Android tablet or an iPad tap on the AirPOS icon (as shown below) to open the app.
