AirPOS Support

The C Frame tablet enclosure for iPad and Android consists of two components, a 10" Universal tablet stand and a cash drawer enclosure that the stand attaches to for security and ease of use.

If you should need to refund a sale that was made using iZettle this can be done entirely within the AirPOS application if you are refunding the entire transaction. The process is fully integrated with AirPOS. Currently you cannot partially refund using Zettle, you can only refund entire sales.

Your receipt settings are located in your backoffice under 'POS' from the menu in the left navigation. This is where you can add a company logo for your receipts, your VAT registration number if you are registered, your contact details and your returns policy.

To sign up for AirPOS is very simple. Go to our website, and on the home page, enter your details (Email Address / Company Name / Password) to begin the onboarding process.

When you go to 'Sales' from the menu in the left margin of the backoffice you'll see a calendar view of your sales for the current month. You can navigate to other months using the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons at the top of the screen.
