To begin, create individual customer accounts using AirPOS. This feature allows you to reserve items, add credit, and track sales for each customer. Accessing Transaction History
To access the transaction history of a specific customer, follow these steps:
Log into your AirPOS Backoffice account and navigate to the customer page using this link: https://backoffice.airpointofsale.com/customers.
Utilize the search bar to find the customer whose transaction history you wish to view. Let's use 'Geoff Blue' as an example.
Once you've located the customer, click on their account to enter it. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. At the bottom, you will find the most recent transactions that have occurred on this account. These are displayed by default.
If you want to see the complete transaction history for this customer, simply click on the 'View all transactions' link in the bottom right corner.
You will then be presented with a comprehensive list of all transactions that have taken place since the creation of this customer account. For further details on each transaction, click the 'Details' button under the 'Action' column in the table.
