How to Search for a Product

Searching for a Product in the POS

Located just under the navigation bar at the top right hand side of your ePOS Screen, the product search bar can be used to search for specific products. You can enter complete product names, partial product names (that will start to filter as you type) or product barcodes.

To perform a product search in AirPOS, simply enter either a complete product name or partial product names as shown below:

Or enter the product barcodes or partial barcode.

If a number of options are presented just select the product you are searching for and this will be added to the transaction.

NB: We are aware that suppliers sometimes attach new barcodes to items already in your inventory and for this reason we allow the use of multiple barcodes. When entering a new barcode separate it from the existing barcodes with a space.
