AirPOS Pricing is Changing on 1st October


Hello valued customer,

Thank you for being a valued AirPOS customer. We are writing to you about upcoming changes to your subscription.

Instead of multiple tiers we will now offer two simple products to suit your business.

  1. AirPOS Pay powered by Stripe. This is our card acceptance product. It offers all the benefits of AirPOS Pro but with no subscription fee or terminal rental for unlimited devices. There is just a small fee per transaction, offering you very competitive rates and less overheads in your business.   2. AirPOS Pro, for a flat fee of £49 + VAT per month for up to 3 devices. This includes our loyalty, sales and support app as well as our customer accounts functionality. This tier also includes our third-party integrations such as Shopify, Sumup, Zettle and Worldpay

We understand that for some of our legacy customers this will result in a price increase while other customers will make some savings. We regret this, especially in these challenging times. We've absorbed all extra costs over the last 10 years and AirPOS still remains one of the least expensive Point Of Sale products on the market.  However, for us to continue to offer you our best services, these pricing changes are essential. The subscription pricing will change from October 1st 2022.

We’ll continue to respond in less than two minutes and resolve queries in less than 24 hours, it’s the cornerstone of why our customers stay after all.
